Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely comfortable in your Jambys, so we offer a 45-day trial period for your first order and easy returns on all subsequent purchases. If you aren't living your most comfortable life, we'll make it right with a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit Our Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and tell us why; you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
